Privacy Policy
Last updated November 2, 2026
This policy explains what information Lauren Frances Photography (“I” or “me”) collects through laurenfrancesphotography.com, how it’s used, and the choices you have. The short version: I use what you send me to reply and to plan your session, I use analytics to understand how the site is used, and I never sell your information.
Information you give me
Contact form. When you send a message, the form collects your name, email address and message. It’s emailed to me through Amazon Web Services so I can reply; the website itself doesn’t store it. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is being sent by a person rather than a bot.
Booking. Booking, session agreements and payments are handled by Session, which processes that information under its own privacy policy.
Email and social media. If you email me or message me on Facebook or Instagram, I use what you send to reply and to arrange your session.
Information collected automatically
Google Analytics. I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as the pages viewed, how you arrived, your approximate location, and your device and browser. It uses cookies. You can read how Google uses this informationor opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Meta Pixel. The site uses the Meta Pixel from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It uses cookies to measure visits and enquiries that come from Facebook and Instagram, and it may be used to show my posts or ads to people who have visited this site. Meta may link this activity to your Facebook or Instagram account under its privacy policy, and you can control it in your Meta ad preferences.
Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and the pages requested) to deliver and protect the site, and provides cookie-free visit statistics. SeeCloudflare’s privacy policy.
Videos. YouTube videos in blog posts load from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, and only when you press play.
